1. What we collect

When your organization registers for AviationOS, we collect the information you provide directly: organization name, contact name, email, phone number, and the data your staff enter while using the product (student records, attendance, assessments, certificates, and placement information).

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate the product, provide support, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data or your students' data to third parties.

3. Data isolation

Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization on the platform at the database level. Staff within an organization see only what their assigned role and branch permit.

4. Data storage

Data is stored with Supabase on managed PostgreSQL infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your organization's data, or its deletion, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
